Hours: Mondays-Fridays, late afternoon to early evening

               or by appointment

Permit Policies:

               1.      Permits issued only to persons or businesses holding a valid

                      plumbing or gas fitting license.

               2.      Permits and fees must be received in advance of commencing work

                     unless authorized by  the plumbing inspector

               3.      Proof of liability insurance or signed waiver must accompany all

                     permits unless current liability form is on file with this office.   

               4.   Workman's Compensation required for all companies
