The Planning Board reviews and approve plot plans, schedules and facilitates zoning change hearings, issues special permits, oversees zoning bylaws, and signs building sequence forms.

Meetings:

Third Wednesday of every month, 7:00 PM, at the North Brookfield Senior Center.
