Service Fees: Requests from out of state require a Money Order or Bank Certified Check only in state personal checks are acceptable. Make checks payable to the Town of North Brookfield. Mail to: Town Clerk, 215 North Main St., North Brookfield, MA 01535, include a note with the information requested, a telephone number and a self addressed stamped envelope.
