ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

 

Effective January 28, 2009 the Zoning Board of Appeals has re-organized.

 

 Robert Bishop - Chairman

Stephen Cummings - Vice Chair

Thomas Waugh -member

John Krusell - Alternate

Carole Ryback- Alternate

Michael Toomey- Alternate

 

Conducts appeal hearings for zone bylaws, special permits, and variances.  Meets when needed for hearing.  Works with building inspector, who is also the zone enforcement officer.
